Half-time Report: AEK 3-0 Olympiacos

Now THAT is how you defend a 1-0 lead.  You score two more goals.  You keep attacking to kill the game off.  While the other team tries to push forward to equalize, you launch quick counter-attacks and try to catch the defense off balance.  On defense, its such a relief to have Gorgeas back — our left side hasn’t looked this solid all year.  On offense, Edinho, Blanco, Rivaldo and Lyberopoulos are all in top form, linking up well, making good runs off the ball and finishing with a killer instinct.  Zikos has been a huge influence, distributing well and initiating play from the midfield. I can’t remember that last time we played this well.  Full report will be posted after full-time.
